Kooper at 4 and 5 months

I'm a little (a lot) late on Koop mans 4 month post. Better late than never, right?

Kooper turned 4 months on December 15. He wasn't scheduled for his check up until the end of dec b/c the dr office was busy. I hate waiting too long, I love these apt b/c I love seeing how my kids grow!

Well sadly we had to take him to the ER two days after he turned 4 months. He ended up with croup and had to get a steroid shot. My poor little guy:(

Poor bubba man, that was at the ER
Since we had to go there I got see how much he weighted. They said he was a whole 20 lbs!!!! At 4 month? WOW!!

That next week we had his 4 month check up and ER follow up. We again had to put off his check up b/c he was not well enough to get his shots. So after Christmas we finally had his check up.

He weighed 18.2 lbs 24 inches long! We have a big boy! Nothing but pure sweet lovin!

He wears size 3-6 months at 4 month. He mastered rolling over at the dr office! Show off HA! He's a very happy baby! He loved to be held! He still nurses about every 3 hours or so.

At 5 months he's pretty doing the same things. He's wearing 6-9 m now and still nurses all the time. He's eating baby food. His favorite is sweet potatoes! He like squash, applesauce, and sometimes peaches. He does not like green beans and banana's! He now has a giggle from down in his belly when he laughs. I love it!!

He LOVES his sister!!! Oh my he loves her! He will laugh all day at her. If you say "where's sister" he looks around and smiles so big!

At 5 months I'm guessing he weighs 20 lbs or more. He's so heavy. I know I'm going to have to get a new car seat before too long. When he starts sitting up I'm just going to get him out of the car and not the car seat.

I don't think I could love this boy any more and I wake up the next day and I do!! God has blessed brad and I so much with our kids! I thanks him every day and continue to do so!

We roasted marshmallows on new yrs eve! Yum!!

Kynlie turned 13!! HA! She's my little diva in making.

The kids, my sister n law, her kids, my mother n law, and my self had a fun day at the Dallas Science Museum!

One of my very very best friends and her family came home to visit her family and we got to see them!!!

This is Dawn, my BFF!!!!!

Someone got her drivers license! She had so much fun driving down our street in daddy's lap.

I went on a date with my husband!!!

Kooper man turned 5 months old on the 15th of January! Hard to believe!

Someone thinks he's a big boy and wants to sit up. He also master rolling over, finally, at his 4 month check up. I'll do a post on 4 months stats next.

We've done a lot of princess dressing up!!

We are a happy boy!!! Most days!

We've done lots of baking!!

And getting our hair caught! HA! Poor girl!

We went to the Ft. Worth Rodeo as a family!! Had a good time :)

I made kynlie her first valentine shirt!!

We love our bath time!!!!

I grocery shopped...alone!!! :)) and hopefully got enough to have planned meals for a week or so. (p.s. I saved $15 in coupon cutting!!! Yay me)

Kooper and I enjoyed some quite time while he nursed! Love these moments!!!

Got a pedicure! And chose purple!!! I'm usually a plain Jain kinda girl and pick red every time. I like my choice!!

(yes I just put my fat piggies on here HA)

Kooper had fun with daddy...

While sister took a nap on me

Kynlie helped her daddy fix her stool.

Kooper started making funny faces! I love it!

Well that's all for now. These are all my iPhone pictures. I say it all the time but I promise (more to my self) that I'll get my camera pictures up!

Christmas Eve 2011, Koopers 1st, & tradition

Merry Christmas Eve!!

We have had a great day! We spend Christmas eve with Bradleys family. Today we headed over to my n laws around 10:30. My father n law was frying fish and fries and some other yummy fried and baked things.

We ate lunch and stuffed our selfs full! Food was very good!! After lunch we opened gifts. Kids hit the jackpot this year with gifts from nana and pawpaw. I think they're a little loved!!

Kooper got this cowboy hat from his aunt Robyn. Doesn't he look cute!?? Looks just like his daddy!

Kynlie got a new pair of cowgirl boots! Nothing like a sweet cowgirl in a tutu! I love it!

(I have a lot more pictures on my camera I'll try and share later)

After we opened gifts we just sat around and visited and the kids played with their new things.
We left a little after 7 so we could get home and do our Christmas eve tradition.

Every year we buy the kids (Koopers first yr!) new Christmas pj's and a Christmas movie.

This year we got some classics. It was a set at Walmart. I think Bradley is more excited about these movies than the kids. He loves these old movies.

Kynlie got pink (of course) pj's with ginger bread, pepper mints, candy canes, & Christmas trees on hers. Kooper got a sweet red and white striped babies first Christmas sleeper with Santa feet.

Bradley and I are suppose to be getting each other Christmas pj's too, but he forgot and we picked mine out last minute last night while I was there. Sadly they are too small lol but still wearable! I got him a pair of the Christmas Story boxers lol! He loves them!

Then we get the cookies out and pored the milk for Santa. This year we left Santa a note.

Rumor has it that Santa like Oreos! ;)

Daddy and Koop man watching the movie.

Momma and sister cuddled up in the recliner!
I love Christmas time!! I love traditions. I hope this one will last and the kids will always look forward to it and maybe we can add to it each year.

Well right now kynlie is in her room, hopefully falling a sleep watching Dora Christmas and Koop man is crying in the bouncy. So I better get!

Happy birthday sweet baby Jesus!
